While her sound isn’t pure rock and roll, she definitely brings a nice new energy to indie folk/pop/rock. Margaret Glaspy is a 26 year old from California. She takes her influences from a wide spectrum of music. “Joni Mitchell’s Blue set the bar in my mind that I’m always striving for.” Glaspy said. Some of her other top inspirations include; Bill Withers, Weezer, Rage Against the Machine and Elliot Smith.
