Looking for More Goosebumps? Check Out the Moment Mumford and Sons Realized They Made It

Throughout 2008-2009 Mumford and Sons were playing to medium sized crowds throughout the US and UK.  They  were playing songs off of their first two EPs Love Your Ground and the self titled Mumford and Sons They were having success, but they weren’t successful.

It was 2009 they released Sigh No More with “Little Lion Man” as their first single. It didn’t take the world by storm right away. Their first US appearance was in 2010 on the Late Show with David Letterman.  Soon, Mumford and Sons are hitting every major festival around the world. One of their stops was at Reading Festival in 2010, where this video was recorded.

The look on Marcus Mumford’s face, says it all. Just a year before this they barely owned their own instruments, now they’re sharing a sing along with 60,000 other people. One of my favorite concert videos.
