THE HEAD AND THE HEART RELEASE VIDEO FOR “RHYTHM & BLUES” NEW TOUR DATES ADDED

2016 was a banner year for The Head and the Heart. They released their latest album Signs of Light to critical acclaim, reaching #5 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Rock Albums chart. They played to packed crowds and sold out shows all over the world and appeared on late night and daytime television, playing their hit single on Conan, Ellen, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, CBS Saturday Morning and Jimmy Kimmel Live!
This week was another outstanding week at radio for the band with “All We Ever Knew” coming in #1 most added at Hot AC, while simultaneously the second single “Rhythm & Blues” was #1 most added at Alternative radio.  In addition, “Rhythm & Blues” is top 5 and growing at AAA.
Today, they release the video for their second single “Rhythm & Blues,” directed by Michael Reich. The concept for the video was born from an idea piano player Kenny Hensley had and informed by the 90s music videos the band grew up watching.

The band remarked on the video, saying, “After going nostalgic and sentimental for the ‘All We Ever Knew’ video, we decided to team up with the great director, Michael Reich, for ‘Rhythm & Blues.’ Michael ended up creating something truly weird, inspiring and ultimately, very US.”

The Head and the Heart have also announced another run of tour dates which will see them playing Madison, Pittsburgh, Burlington and more with Whitney, Springtime Carnivore, and Mt. Joy. You can also catch the band at Bonnaroo, Coachella, Governor’s Ball, Hangout Music Festival, LaureLive Festival and Sasquatch! Festival.
